A book which contains the memoirs of Manuel A. Pueyrredón, poetry and songs about the life and death of José Miguel Carrera. 95 pages 27 x 19 cm.
A project by Mauricio Amster. Programme by Pablo Neruda and Germán Marín. The poem José Miguel Carrera 2 (1810), is from Pablo Neruda’s Canto General. Number 305 of 500 copies that were printed by Editorial Universitaria, in Santiago de Chile. Accompanied by three separate illustrations and a musical score. The last illustration must have been done by Carrera in Montevideo. The drawings are from a book by Rafael Obligado.
