"The debut in the art world of Trento Longaretti dates back to the late '30s through participation in the" Littoriali dell'Arte "and won numerous awards such as the Mylius Prize and the Prize Stanga, also he participates in the first and second edition of the Bergamo Prize. it reaches international recognition in 1942 exposing the Venice Biennale and the "Exhibition of the artists in arms" at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome. in 1952 he was invited to the national Quadrennial in Rome and the following year won the national competition for the Carrara Academy of Bergamo direction along the painting Chair, a position that will last until 1978.
