Yusupov Felix Feliksovich Sr. (1856-1928) - Lieutenant General (1915),
adjutant General (1915). Due to the absence of sons from his father-in-law,
the last of the Yusupovs, in 1885, by a special Imperial decree, count Sumarokov-
Elston was allowed to inherit his princely title and surname. Since
then, he was called Prince Yusupov, Сount Sumarokov-Elston.
