A 20th century Portuguese rosewood trinket box, designed as an 18th century Portuguese writing table with ornately carved legs and frame, applied silver decoration to lid and sides, the name 'Joias' on applied plaque to lid and the silk-lined interior with mirror (damaged), 24.5 x 15 x 14.5cm
