WW1 Battlefield Relic German Mauser Karbine-98 (K-98) Rifle. This little Gem was found in the rafters of a hay loft near Saint-Valery, Sur- Somme, France. The bend it the barrel was most likely done by the allies when the weapon was captured to render it in-operable. This item falls under section 8 of the 1968 firearms act as amended, in that is a relic, collectable, curio that has been deactivated by other means (erosion) and does not require a licence under current UK Law.
