English Edwardian sterling silver and ivory ceremonial trowel - Sheffield 1904, Walker & Hall; ; engraved with floral decorations and same period dedication, elephant ivory handle (Elephas maximus Linnaeus, 1758 or Loxodonta africana Blumenbach, 1797). Fully hallmarked Sheffield 1904-05, makers Walker & Hall. Length 28.8 cm. Weight 130 gr. Item condition grading: ***** excellent. Original box. Accompanied by Ce.S.Ar. Centro Studi Archeometrici certificate of antiquity (pre-1947).
