L'Orecchio di Dioniso is a very meticulous black and white etching by an artist of the Italian School of the XVIII century. Monogram "MP" and title on plate on the lower margin. This precious original print represents the cave located in the ancient stone quarry called Latomia del Paradiso, under the famous Greek Theater of Syracuse (Sicily, Italy), in a very detailed way, reporting also the realistic measures.
