The Reader is an original artwork realized in 1917. Colored green pastel on paper. Dated and signed on the lower right corner. Inscripted on the lower left corner. The sheet is illustrated also on the back. Mint conditions. Very soft work representing a young men reading The composition is well balanced and the figure is only sketched but an interesting perspective can be felt. The back of the work presents an illustrated scene with an inscription on the lower margin "Vaso con sacrificio al Dio Bacco" written in pencil.
