Solitary Traveller is an original artwork realized by Lucie Navier in the 1930s. Xilograph on paper. Good conditions. Fresh impression representing a man in a fields with several trees on the right side of the composition. The figure of the man and his posture has been realized by the same artist several times in different works. The composition is rounded by a black frame and the depth of the sky is realized by horizontal lines. The artwork has been relized in the 1920s by the French artist Lucie Navier (1910-1996). In the 1940s Lucie Navier lived in the region just west of Paris, in the town of Orgerus, Ile-de-France.
