1861 Italy - Forwarder - Letter from Catania to Trieste, by sea to Genoa where it was freed by the forwarder Gamba Sconno and Milio, with Vitt. Emanuele II, c. 20 very dark blue, n. 15C, subsequently forwarded to its destination via Milan. arrival stamps on the reverse.
