This piece presents different style similarities with others that have been produced in Trapani in the centuries XVI / XVII / XVIII.
It is characteristic that the processing of copper, degrading towards the inside up to a small Aedicula in central lunette, gives an effect of depth. bay The center is placed in Christ on the cross, surrounded on top by zephyrs, while the base is found the Virgin Mary and the opposite Lotus St. Joseph, both in prayer. Above the bezel, a central zefiro with small roses on the sides and a decorum commas interspersed with small roses that continues all the way round the central nicchi with the retro-fitting technique.
