After studying in Rome Santa Cecilia National Academy Gino Scolari and Opera School with Mario Basiola, debuted in 1945 in La Fanciulla del West by Giacomo Puccini at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma. Aggregatosi to an Italian company, he gained experience abroad tapping South Africa and Australia returning to Italy in the early fifties. In 1956 he played Mephisto Scala in The Angel Prokofiev fire and in 1957 the Father Confessor in Dialogues des Carmelites by Francis Poulenc. In 1958 she performed in Chicago, London and the Piccola Scala in Milan in the role of Fadinard in The straw hat of Florence Nino Rota adapted from eponymous farce by Eugene Labiche [1]. The following decade was the most active for Alvinio Misciano. After singing in Genoa, Brescia, Spoleto, Athens and Florence, he was hired at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris to interpret the Work of Aran consists of Gilbert Bécaud on the basis of the screenplay for the film The Man of Aran by Robert J . Flaherty. In 2013 he was celebrated a memorial in his honor sponsored by the "Republic of Narni" for the 60 years since the last plays he did in Narni City Theater, Tosca and La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini. Also in 2013 Marco Piantoni biographer of historical content, wrote a biographical book in honor of Maestro Alvinio Misciano. In 2014, in his honor, in Narni it is organized the first edition of the "Festival Alvinio Misciano", promoted by the "Talents of Art" in collaboration with the Association "Republic of Narni" Musicanimus Association and the Town of Narni : the event consists of three concerts (Saturday, April 5 and Saturday, May 31 at the Teatro Comunale "Giuseppe Manini" and June 29 at the Auditorium San Domenico) performed by the Orchestra "Talents of Art" (twenty-five professionals with years of experience in orchestras and soloists) conducted by Marco Gatti.
