On the opening night of the 1951-52 La Scala season he sang Andrea Chénier, in the brief role of Roucher, with Maria Callas, alongside whom he appeared in concert and with whom he recorded numerous operas, mostly in supporting roles. He has performed in various theatres in Europe and America, including New York. Autographed photograph of the Italian bass-baritone.Excellent condition
