Austrian suspension watch, from the manufacturer Carl Wurm. Body in patinated wood, with mountings in gilded bronze with a gummed frieze and corners with flowers. Dial in white enamel, with Arabic numerals in black, the center in gilded bronze with guilloché decoration. Convex glass door, with stylized decoration engraved in gilded bronze. Display marked "Carl Wurm / in Wien". Back marked and numbered "928". Hanging handle in gilded bronze in the shape of entwined snakes and plant motif. wear, minor failures and defects. Dim. approx. total: 20.5 x 15 cm.
