Pair of French chairs in painted and gilded wood. Curved back framed by ribbon frieze. Waist decorated with ribbon frieze, flower in the intersecting cubes and reserve at the center with plant motifs. Backrest and seats upholstered in "petit-point" fabric with bunches of flowers. Numbered. Many wear, failures, shortages, traces of woodworm, restorations and defects. (2) Am. approx.: 91.5 cm.
