(corallium elatius) depicting Apollo driving a winged chariot among the skies, surrounded by putti and musician figures, representation taken from the "Myth of the Chariot" in Plato's Phaedrus. Low left the inscription "Apollo fly to the sky". Dimensions 19 x 45 x 3.5 cm. Weight ca. 1029 gr. Item condition grading: ***** excellent.
