Msgr. Giovanni Carlo Vespignani, ordinary judge of the sacred court Pontifical, jurist and scheduled. Of him there is no biographical information, we only know that in addition to this competium he wrote only a "speech for the work of the Senatorio bridge called Santa Maria and turning bridge broken in Rome published in 1632. This work is a meticulous and very detailed collection of decrees and instructions in Latin and Italian language issued to regulate the San Pietro factory. This treaty with binding in parchment coevia and the calligraphic title on the back, is rather rare and studio for the numerous comments.
