A roman red jasper intaglio. Bust of a philosopher.

12 x 15 x 3,5 mm.
The character is facing left, and is characterized by a partially bald skull, a long beard and thick hair on the nape of the neck where a face can be seen. Interesting subject. Slight wear marks.
