דף מודפס, מעטה תהלה, שני שירים לכתוב הכתרתו של רבי שלמה שלם לרבה הראשי הספרדי של אמשטרדם, מאת דוד פראנקו מינדיס ("דוד חפשי"). אמשטרדם, [תקכ"ב 1761]. בשער: "ולעבדו בכל לבבכם" [תקכ"ד, 1763].
שני שירים לכבוד מעמד ההכתרה.
בשולי העמוד, תאריך: אור ליום ח' חשון שנת "ולעבדו בלבב שלם" [תקכ"ד, 1763]. הרב שלם הגיע לאמשטרדם בחשוון תקכ"ב, ולכן התאריך הנכון הוא ככל הנראה שנת תקכ"ב 1761, ואות ב' אחת לא נכללת בחשבון פרט השנה.
