Typewritten response with lines handwritten and signed by Maran the Rishon LeZion Rabbi Ovadya Yosef, author of Yabi'a Omer and Yecheveh Daat.
His response deals with studying Kabbalah at institutes headed by non-Yirei Hashem called Kabbalists.
Maran ends his response by stating that it is a Mitzvah to warn people and prevent them from studying at such institutes.
Maran Rabbi Ovadya also writes that he has written about it at length in Shut Yabi'a Omer Section IV Siman 47 and adds his fine signature.
