Sefer Yemin Moshe, by [Rabbi Moshe Ventura], which is Hilchos Shechita and Treifos by Rabbi Yosef Karo with Hagahot HaRema. Published with Sefer Zikaron Livnei Yisrael, summary of Hilchot Shechita, by Rabbi Avraham Mizrachi, and Sefer Shochatei Hayeladim, rhymed rules of Shechita and Bedika by Rabbi Yisrael Najara. The press of Aharon de Antonis. Amsterdam, [1718]. Second edition of Sefer Yemin Moshe and first edition of the two other books. Rare.
[3], 72 pp. 14 cm. With a title page for each of the three books that are bound together. On the title pages, an illustration of David and Goliath and an illustration of David playing the harp. With owner's signatures and stamps: "יהודה די אליהו קרסנטי", "יוסף בכר חיים סט". This edition was published as a pocket edition for the comfort of Shochatim and Bodkim. With handwritten markings and a handwritten gloss in Sefer Zikaron Livnei Yisrael.
Fine new binding. Stains. Blemish to the lower part of the title page, not affecting the text. Leaves were cut in the binding, affecting the edge of the gloss. A minor blemish to leaf 33. Good condition.
