Elegant Meggilat Esther with Unique Illustrations, Limited Edition. Including a Magnificent Silverplated Case

Elegant scroll written and labeled in Jerusalem by a scribe who was a G-d fearing avreich, using a quill and ink, on a kosher l'mehadrin, high-quality velvety parchment.

Copy no. 3 of 20. Limited edition!

The artist dedicated three years to painting this scroll in Jerusalem. It includes illustrations on 16 pages depicting scenes from the story of the Megillah. Among them are the opening illustration of King Achashverosh's palace, Esther's arrival at the king's palace, the king giving Mordechai the keys to Haman's house, Mordechai riding on a horse, the hanging of Haman's ten sons, and the final illustration of Mordechai HaYehudi writing the Scroll of Esther.
The illustrations are surrounded by beautiful depictions of the seven species of fruits, Jerusalem, the Cave of the Patriarchs, Rachel's Tomb, and more.

These illustrations accompany the reader throughout the reading, bringing the story of the scroll to life with visuals that match to the unfolding plot.

The artistic writing on the scroll allows for a pleasant reading experience with clear, beautiful, and illuminating script.

This precise and rare work of art combines a special printing technique with precise and artistic scribal script, sometimes quite tiny, creating a Meggilat Esther of rare museum-level beauty.

The illustration was scanned and printed on the parchment with high-resolution and high-quality, enhancing the written scroll from all sides.

Parchment height: 50 cm in height. 6 sheets. 16 pages, 28 lines.
Brand new.
