Nidchei Yisrael by Rabbi Yisrael Meir HaCohen of Radin, the "Chafetz Chaim." "In which a number of religious principles will be explained, required of every person living in the far-away lands, to know and be cautious with them so that they don't stray from the Jewish faith." Copy with the 'מוגה' ("proofread") inscription in the Chafetz Chaim's handwriting.
The Chafetz Chaim would check his books as they left the printer to confirm that they were free of errors, and then write 'מוגה' by hand, once in the inner binding and once on the flyleaf.
The book contains a vowelized Yiddish translation. Approbations of Rabbi Shlomo HaCohen of Vilna and the ADeRe"T. Second edition, with a compilation on interest and on the issue of head-shaving.
